than where I am now
 
a museum is a seat for the muses, a monument to one’s
obsessions, a collection and collision of ideas and objects, an
exploration of the artistic, social, political, everyday (her)stories
that connect us, a chronicling of creative expression
 
my museum is virtual, but I live and work in a restored century old
one-room schoolhouse in the rolling 10,000 year old glacial
moraines of Northumberland County, Ontario, sheltered from
the winds by grandmother pines planted by long-ago school children,
on land first loved by the Anishinaabe
